The Sindh government has announced recruitment of 1200 interns in various government colleges across the province for Sindh Teaching Internship Program (STIP) 2022.
According to the official announcement, “The Department of School Education and Literacy is pleased to solicit applications from unemployed men and women who are young, bright, enthusiastic, motivated and capable.”
Subject to satisfactory performance, interns will receive a monthly stipend of up to Rs. 60,000, however, the government made it clear in the notification that they would not be deployed on a regularized or contract basis. It was also said that the interns would be released after hiring regular subject matter experts.
Out of 1200 interns, 240 will be assigned to teach Physics, Chemistry and English, 120 to Mathematics, 120 to Botany and Zoology, 60 to Pakistan Studies and 60 to teach Islam, Sindhi and Urdu. will do
Who Can Apply?
Individuals with Sindh domicile and postgraduate degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, English, Urdu, Sindhi, Islamic Studies and Pakistan Studies (at least Second Division) are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a university degree approved by the Higher Education Commission.
How to Apply
Applicants who meet the above criteria must submit their application, supporting documents, CNIC, domicile / PRC (D), qualification / education certificate, mark sheets, and experience (if any) to the District Education Officer. ۔ (ES&HS) / Chairman DSCI, of the concerned district, within next 15 days.
